It focuses on intellectual property‑related legal matters, as well as derivative disputes involving commercial contracts and corporate equity, and provides professional legal services in litigation and arbitration, safeguarding intellectual property rights with solid legal expertise.

Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. concentrates on full‑process IP agency and operation services. Its core business covers basic prosecution services such as domestic and overseas patent applications, domestic and overseas trademark registrations, and copyright filings. Meanwhile, it excels in global IP portfolio planning and technology commercialization. It also provides tailored financing consulting services for tech enterprises, building a full‑value chain for intellectual property from right confirmation to commercialization.

Since its establishment in July 2014, T&C has been deeply engaged in the intellectual property sector for 11 years, staying committed to its core field with steady exploration and continuous development.

September 2017 marked a key milestone in the development of T&C: the official establishment of the Intellectual Property Department, which signified the professional and systematic upgrade of our IP business layout and laid a solid professional foundation for the in‑depth development of our core business.

In October 2018, alongside the rapid growth of IP agency business and the steady expansion of the professional team, Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was officially established. Since then, T&C has formed a collaborative development structure consisting of two segments: “IP Legal Practice + IP Agency & Operation”. It has evolved from focusing on a single business to achieving a comprehensive upgrade in full‑chain intellectual property services, realizing the dual‑engine driven and integrated development of its core business.
