1. Liaise with R&D teams of clients in the display industry, understand innovations related to display technologies, and draft high-quality patent application documents.
2. Be responsible for the full process of domestic and international patent applications, efficiently respond to Office Actions from patent offices, and improve the patent grant rate.
3. Assist in formulating clients' patent portfolio strategies, conduct FTO (Freedom to Operate) analyses and patent risk assessments, and identify high-value patents.
4. Collaborate with relevant departments of clients to promote the implementation of patent portfolios and popularize patent knowledge.
1. Possess a patent attorney qualification certificate, with 3 years or more of patent prosecution experience in the fields of electronics, semiconductors, or display technology.
2. Be familiar with at least one display technology segment, such as OLED, LCD, or Micro-LED, and keep abreast of industry technology trends.
3. Have excellent technical comprehension, logical analysis, and patent drafting skills, with the ability to independently handle the entire lifecycle of patent cases.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas patent applications, a lawyer's qualification certificate, or prior experience in IPR roles within the display industry or at top-tier patent firms.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with good learning ability, resilience under pressure, and professional ethics.
