Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration issued Decision No. 581455 on Invalidation Request Review, declaring all rights of Chinese Invention Patent No. 201180044767.9 (entitled "Conductive Adhesive", hereinafter referred to as the "Patent-in-Suit") owned by a GmbH & Co. KG completely invalid, and upholding the invalidation request filed by the petitioner Changchun Yonggu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yonggu").

Previously, the patentee had instituted an action for infringement of the invention patent against Yonggu before Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, and the case was later tried by Shanghai Higher People's Court. As the Patent-in-Suit has been declared invalid, in accordance with relevant laws, Yonggu has requested the court to dismiss the patentee's infringement action. Beijing Caihe Law Firm was entrusted by Yonggu to act as the agent for the petitioner in the above invalidation request case.
