To further improve the quality of intellectual property protection and support the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Tsinghua University's Technology Transfer Institute organized the selection of intellectual property agencies at the end of 2023. After qualification review, expert evaluation and other procedures, Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was officially included in Tsinghua University's intellectual property cooperative agency database.

On February 4, 2024, eight departments including the National Intellectual Property Administration issued the Work Plan for Activating Stock Patents in Universities and Scientific Research Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), proposing that by the end of 2024, full inventory coverage of untransformed valid patents in universities and scientific research institutions across the country should be achieved; by the end of 2025, a number of high-value patents should be accelerated for transformation, the establishment of an industry demand-oriented mechanism for patent creation and application should be accelerated, the patent industrialization rate and implementation rate of universities and scientific research institutions should be significantly improved, and efforts should be made to promote the transformation of patents in universities and scientific research institutions into real productive forces. Data from the National Intellectual Property Administration shows that as of September 2023, the number of valid invention patents owned by domestic universities reached 767,000, and that owned by scientific research institutions reached 220,000, accounting for 25.3% of the total number of valid invention patents in China, exceeding a quarter. Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. is a professional intellectual property legal service institution established under the guidance of Beijing Caihe Law Firm. It is one of the institutions with a credit rating of A+ accounting for about 2% on the National Patent Agency Information Publicity Platform of the National Intellectual Property Administration.
