Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court respectively rendered administrative judgments in Trademark Invalidation Declaration Request Cases (2022) Jing 73 Xing Chu No. 12668, (2022) Jing 73 Xing Chu No. 12669, and (2022) Jing 73 Xing Chu No. 12670, dismissing the claims of the plaintiff, a certain group co., ltd., and upholding the Invalid Declaration Request Rulings No. Shang Ping Zi [2022] No. 124194, Shang Ping Zi [2022] No. 124193, and Shang Ping Zi [2022] No. 124192 issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration. All the above three rulings supported the invalidation requests filed by Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. to invalidate the relevant trademarks of the certain group co., ltd. Beijing Caihe Law Firm was entrusted by Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. to act as its agent in the above three administrative litigation cases of trademark invalidation declaration requests.
