Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration issued two trademark invalidation request rulings, No. Shang Ping Zi [2023] No. 0000223834 and No. Shang Ping Zi [2023] No. 0000225221, in the two trademark invalidation cases between the applicant for trademark invalidation, Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Farasis Energy"), and the respondent, a Hong Kong Group Co., Ltd. Both rulings upheld Farasis Energy's invalidation requests and declared the two disputed trademarks owned by the Hong Kong Group Co., Ltd. invalid.
