Recently, the Wuxi Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province issued a civil judgment in Case (2023) Su 02 Min Chu No. 18 regarding the dispute over infringement of invention patent right between Japanese enterprise JSP Co., Ltd. and Wuxi a Material Co., Ltd. The court held that the defendant constituted infringement, shall bear tort liability to the plaintiff JSP Co., Ltd. and compensate JSP Co., Ltd. RMB 3.95 million.
