Recently, the Higher People's Court of Beijing Municipality issued a judgment in the administrative dispute over trademark application rejection review between the appellant Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. and the respondent National Intellectual Property Administration. The judgment upheld Farasis Energy's appeal, revoked the first-instance judgment and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Decision No. Shang Ping Zi [2022] No. 156129 on the rejection review of the "Farasis" trademark No. 51872929 made by the National Intellectual Property Administration, and ordered the Administration to make a new review decision.
