Recently, Caihe & Tangsong have received three Japanese granted patent certificates in the field of biotechnology from the Japan Patent Office. The three Japanese patents are: "抗B7S1ポリペプチドおよびその使用" (Anti-B7S1 Polypeptide and Use Thereof) owned by Xinkanghe Bio, "免疫エフェクター細胞を使用して腫瘍を治療する方法" (Method for Treating Tumors Using Immune Effector Cells) owned by Clergy Medicine, and "チュウゴクオオサンショウウオ軟骨製剤" (Chinese Giant Salamander Cartilage Preparation) owned by Tsinghua University.

Beijing Caihe Law Firm and Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. were entrusted by Xinkanghe Bio, Clergy Medicine and Tsinghua University to provide patent legal advisory services during the application of the above Japanese patents. At present, Caihe & Tangsong patent team has 12 attorneys in the biological field, including 6 with a PhD in biology (1 with study experience in Japan) and 6 with a master's degree in biology (2 with study experience in the UK and 1 with study experience in Germany).
