Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court issued a first-instance judgment in the administrative dispute over the trademark invalidation request involving Shanghai Biru Food Co., Ltd., the National Intellectual Property Administration, and a Beijing Information Technology Co., Ltd. The judgment revoked the ruling on the invalidation request for the "Bingboke" trademark No. 42836479 made by the National Intellectual Property Administration, and ordered the Administration to issue a new ruling.
