(hereinafter referred to as "Yining E-Commerce Company"), Suning.com Group Co., Ltd., etc., ruling to allow the plaintiff Qin Moumou to withdraw the lawsuit. The Nanjing Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Intermediate Court") accepted this case on November 1, 2022. After receiving the sued documents, Yining E-Commerce Company filed an application for objection to jurisdiction with the Nanjing Intermediate Court within the answer period of the infringement lawsuit, and filed a patent invalidation declaration request with the National Intellectual Property Administration against the patent involved in the case. The evidence involved in the patent invalidation declaration request included notarized evidence collection documents of prior sales on Taobao.com. During the process of the patent invalidation declaration request case, Yining E-Commerce Company and Qin Moumou reached a settlement agreement through friendly negotiation. Subsequently, Yining E-Commerce Company withdrew the patent invalidation declaration request, and Qin Moumou withdrew the patent infringement lawsuit. Beijing Caihe Law Firm was entrusted by Yining E-Commerce Company to act as the agent of the defendant in the above-mentioned patent infringement lawsuit case, and Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was entrusted by Yining E-Commerce Company to act as the agent of the invalidation declarer in the above-mentioned patent invalidation declaration request case.
