Recently, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued a decision refusing registration in the trademark opposition case (2022) 商标异字第0000059860号, ruling not to register Trademark No. 45092714 “青岛国际机场集团有限公司 QINGDAO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT GROUP CO., LTD TAO及图” and supporting the opponent’s grounds for opposition.

Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was retained by the opponent, Qingdao Fawèiméi Consulting Center, to act as its representative in the above case.
