Recently, Ningbo Lettas Optical Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Angjixin Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. reached a settlement agreement in their patent infringement lawsuit, jointly embarking on a new collaboration in the field of non-contact fiber optic connectors.
Previously, in November 2021, Ningbo Lettas Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Lettas”) filed a lawsuit with the Suzhou Intermediate People’s Court against Suzhou Angjixin Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Angjixin”) for infringement of an invention patent. After learning of the case, Angjixin engaged in full and effective communication with Lettas. Through friendly negotiation, the two parties reached a settlement and further established a new cooperation model for the future in the field of non-contact fiber optic connectors.
Beijing Caihe Law Firm was retained by Lettas to act as the plaintiff’s representative in the above patent infringement litigation.
The case involved Chinese Invention Patent ZL201710842885.3, whose patentee is Ningbo Lettas Optical Technology Co., Ltd. The invention title is “Non-Contact Multi-Fiber Optic Connector.” It was granted and published on July 23, 2021, with publication number CN107561650B.
Beijing Tangsong Yongxin Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. represented Lettas in the prosecution of the patent application for the patent in suit.
