On December 23, 2021, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court issued Civil Ruling (2020) Yue 73 Zhi Min Chu No. 129 in the case where Guilin Layn Natural Ingredients Corp. (hereinafter “Layn”) sued Guilin Jifusi Monk Fruit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Jifusi”) for infringement of an invention patent. The court ruled to permit the plaintiff, Layn, to withdraw its lawsuit.
