On March 31, 2021, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued Invalidation Decision No. 48395, deciding to maintain the validity of Chinese Utility Model Patent No. 201420741756.7 (title: “Axial Flow Energy‑Saving Fan”, hereinafter “the patent in suit”) owned by Nantong Divote Energy‑Saving Fan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Divote”).
