On August 4, 2020, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued Invalidation Decision No. 45561, deciding to maintain the validity of Chinese Design Patent No. 201830485618.0 (title: “Electronic Syringe”, hereinafter “the patent in suit”), owned by Shandong Huaxi Haiyu Biomedical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Huaxi Haiyu”).
