On November 30, 2018, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued Invalidation Decision No. 37915, declaring Chinese Invention Patent No. 00814013.8 (title: “Panel Using Pre‑Cured Reinforced Core Layer and Method for Manufacturing Same”, hereinafter “the patent in suit”), owned by Milwaukee Composites, Inc., wholly invalid, thereby supporting the invalidation request filed by the requester.

Beijing Caihe Law Firm was retained by the invalidation requester to act as its representative in the above case.
