Dengzhi Cai

Mr. Cai Dengzhi’s main practice areas include contract law, corporate law, labor and personnel management, etc. He has extensive experience in corporate legal risk prevention. Mr. Cai has been practicing law since 2001, with more than 20 years of rich experience. He has provided legal solutions for enterprises on various issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and dissolution. He has served as legal counsel and provided special legal services for government agencies, public institutions, and a number of large state-owned enterprises. He has also provided legal training on contract law, labor law, and human resource management for numerous companies and public institutions. In August 2014, Mr. Cai founded Beijing Caihe Law Firm.

Mr. Cai holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China. 

He is qualified with a Legal Professional Qualification.

Mr. Cai currently also serves as Deputy Director of the Legal Counsel Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association and Supervisor Chairman of the China Beijing International Chamber of Commerce.
